The Playstation 4 Pro GPU is a high-end graphics card by AMD, launched in November 2016. Built on the 16 nm process, and based on the Neo graphics processor, in its CXD90044GB variant, the card does not support DirectX. The Neo graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 232 mm² and 5,700 million transistors. It features 2304 shading units, 144 texture mapping units and 64 ROPs. AMD has placed 8,192 MB GDDR5 memory on the card, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 911 MHz, memory is running at 1700 MHz.
Being a igp card, the AMD Playstation 4 Pro GPU does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at 150 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. Its price at launch was 399 US Dollars.
