The Quadro NVS 130M was a professional graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in May 2007. Built on the 80 nm process, and based on the G86 graphics processor, in its G86-613-A2 variant, the card supports DirectX 10.0. The G86 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 127 mm² and 210 million transistors. Unlike the fully unlocked GeForce 8400 GS, which uses the same GPU but has all 16 shaders enabled, NVIDIA has disabled some shading units on the Quadro NVS 130M to reach the product's target shader count. It features 8 shading units, 4 texture mapping units and 4 ROPs. NVIDIA has placed 256 MB DDR2 memory on the card, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 400 MHz, memory is running at 700 MHz.
