The Radeon Pro 5500 XT is a professional graphics card by AMD, launched on August 4th, 2020. Built on the 7 nm process, and based on the Navi 14 graphics processor, in its Navi 14 PRO XL variant, the card supports DirectX 12. The Navi 14 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 158 mm² and 6,400 million transistors. It features 1536 shading units, 96 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs. AMD has paired 8 GB GDDR6 memory with the Radeon Pro 5500 XT, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1187 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1757 MHz, memory is running at 1750 MHz (14 Gbps effective).
Its power draw is rated at 125 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. Radeon Pro 5500 XT is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 4.0 x8 interface.
