The Radeon R9 M375X is a graphics card by AMD, launched in May 2015. Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the Tropo graphics processor, in its Tropo XTX variant, the card supports DirectX 12.0. The Tropo graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 123 mm² and 1,500 million transistors. It features 640 shading units, 40 texture mapping units and 16 ROPs. AMD has placed 2,048 MB GDDR5 memory on the card, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 925 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1015 MHz, memory is running at 1125 MHz.
Its power draw is not exactly known. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. Radeon R9 M375X is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 3.0 x16 interface.
