Built on the 7 nm process, and based on the Navi 14 graphics processor, in its Navi 14 XE variant, the card supports DirectX 12. This ensures that all modern games will run on Radeon RX 5300 OEM. The Navi 14 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 158 mm² and 6,400 million transistors. It features 1408 shading units, 88 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs. AMD has paired 3,072 MB GDDR6 memory with the Radeon RX 5300 OEM, which are connected using a 96-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1327 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1645 MHz, memory is running at 1750 MHz (14 Gbps effective). Being a dual-slot card, the AMD Radeon RX 5300 OEM draws power from 1x 6-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 100 W maximum. Display outputs include: 1x HDMI 2.0b, 3x DisplayPort 1.4a.
