The Radeon RX 5300 XT is a graphics card by AMD, launched in October 2019. Built on the 7 nm process, and based on the Navi 14 graphics processor, in its Navi 14 XL variant, the card supports DirectX 12. This ensures that all modern games will run on Radeon RX 5300 XT. Unlike the fully unlocked Radeon RX 5500 OEM, which uses the same GPU but has all 1408 shaders enabled, AMD has disabled some shading units on the Radeon RX 5300 XT to reach the product's target shader count. It features 1024 shading units, 64 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs, . AMD has paired 4 GB GDDR5 memory with the Radeon RX 5300 XT, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1670 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1845 MHz, memory is running at 1750 MHz.
Being a dual-slot card, the AMD Radeon RX 5300 XT draws power from 1x 6-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 150 W maximum. Display outputs include: 1x HDMI, 3x DisplayPort. Radeon RX 5300 XT is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 4.0 x8 interface.
