The Radeon RX 5300M is a graphics card by AMD, launched in November 2019. Built on the 7 nm process, and based on the Navi 14 graphics processor, in its Navi 14 XTM variant, the card supports DirectX 12.0. The Navi 14 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 158 mm² and 6,400 million transistors. It features 1408 shading units, 88 texture mapping units and 32 ROPs.
