Built on the 7 nm process, and based on the Van Gogh graphics processor, in its 100-000001835 variant, the device supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. The Van Gogh graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 163 mm² and 2,400 million transistors. It features 512 shading units, 32 texture mapping units, and 16 ROPs. The card also has 8 raytracing acceleration cores. AMD includes 16 GB LPDDR5 memory, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1000 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1600 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz.
Its power draw is rated at 15 W maximum.
