NVIDIA GeForce GTS 160M
The GeForce GTS 160M was a graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in March 2009. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the G94 graphics processor, in its N10E-GS1 variant, the card supports DirectX 10.0. The G94 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 240 mm² and 505 million transistors. It features 64 shading units, 32 texture mapping units and 16 ROPs. NVIDIA has placed 1,024 MB GDDR3 memory on the card, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 600 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz.
We recommend the NVIDIA GeForce GTS 160M for gaming with highest details at resolutions up to, and including, 1280x720.
Its power draw is rated at 60 W maximum. GeForce GTS 160M is connected to the rest of the system using a PCIe 2.0 x16 interface.
