Built on the 90 nm process, and based on the G73 graphics processor, in its G73-GT-N-A2 variant, the card supports DirectX 9.0c. The G73 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 125 mm² and 177 million transistors. It features 8 pixel shaders and 5 vertex shaders, 8 texture mapping units and 4 ROPs.
