ATI Radeon HD 3470
The Radeon HD 3470 was a graphics card by ATI, launched in January 2008. Built on the 55 nm process, and based on the RV620 graphics processor, in its RV620 PRO variant, the card supports DirectX 10.1. The RV620 graphics processor is a relatively small chip with a die area of only 67 mm² and 181 million transistors. It features 40 shading units, 4 texture mapping units and 4 ROPs. ATI has placed 256 MB GDDR3 memory on the card, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 800 MHz, memory is running at 950 MHz.
We recommend the ATI Radeon HD 3470 for gaming with highest details at resolutions up to, and including, 800x600.
Being a single-slot card, the ATI Radeon HD 3470 does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at 30 W maximum. Display outputs include: 1x DVI, 1x VGA, 1x S-Video. Radeon HD 3470 is connected to the rest of the system using a PCIe 2.0 x16 interface. The card measures 168 mm in length, and features a single-slot cooling solution.
