Sharkoon Announces the Skiller SGH-1 Gaming Headset

Sharkoon expands their lineup to the recently introduced SKILLER series and presents the first headset for the new gamer series: The Sharkoon SKILLER SGH1 Stereo Headset is barely noticeable while sitting on your head, thanks to its featherweight design of only 253 grams. The flexible headband suspension automatically adjusts to the contour of the head and ensures optimum wear comfort. Thanks to its modular cable system, the SGH1 is compatible with more than just standard PCs. It fully supports modern notebooks, Ultrabooks, smartphones and the newest console generations.

Two 40 mm drivers provide powerful sound, which have been specifically adapted to meet the needs of gamers. These have a frequency range of 20 to 20,000 Hertz and a maximum power of 100 milliwatts. The detachable, flexible microphone promises crystal-clear voice transmission during gaming and voice chats. For mobile use as a headset, the microphone is easily removable. The extra-large headset ear pads are circumaural and easily interchangeable: A set of synthetic leather and a set of cloth are included; change them out with just a few simple hand movements.

Sharkoon expands their ATX Midi Tower lineup and introduces a minimalistic case series: The all-black S25 series is available in the traditional Window, Value and Standard versions, each offering various different features. The new cases are particularly suitable as a powerful computer for gaming and/or as an office PC, particularly with its sophisticated airflow.

The special construction of the inside of the case series allows discreet installation of various components. Cabling is inconspicuous and well hidden, thus not disrupting internal airflow. The power supply and up to three 3.5" hard drives can be mounted on the bottom of the case inside the tunnel, which are optimally cooled thanks to the tunnel's air vents. The cable outlets ensure orderly cabling of the mainboard and remaining components. A tower cooler up to 16.7 cm in height can be installed; the mainboard tray already has a cutout for easy installation.

Sharkoon expands their lineup of the new Skiller series and introduces an optical gaming mouse: The Sharkoon SKILLER SGM1 Gaming Mouse, with an optical PixArt PMW3336 sensor with up to 10,800 DPI. Five quickly accessible macro buttons provide decisive advantages for demanding gamers, who appreciate the benefits of comprehensive programming.

The SGM1 offers, in addition to its stylish ergonomic design, a seven-step weight tuning system. Using the six weights, each weighing four grams apiece, the weight of the mouse adjusts in seven increments between 106 to 130 grams. No tools are required; the spring-loaded locking mechanism on the bottom allows easy access to the weight tuning system tray. Sharkoon offers a new variant to their recently introduced DG7000: The Sharkoon DG7000-G ATX Midi Tower offers an improved view of installed components thanks to its extra-large side panel made of tempered glass. The tower, manufactured from robust materials, is especially suitable as a flashy gaming PC and is available in three different color versions.

The extra-large, transparent tempered glass left side panel underlines the unique look of the DG7000-G and, thanks to its optimized cable management system, always ensures a tidy appearance. Two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 and two audio ports on the case front panel provides easy access to connect peripheral devices. Two pre-installed 140 mm LED fans are concealed behind the stunning front with mesh elements; a 140 mm LED fan is attached to the rear panel. Sharkoon expands its range of peripherals and introduces a programmable mouse for gamers, which is also suitable for left-handers thanks to its symmetrical design. The Sharkoon SHARK ZONE M50 Gaming Laser Mouse, with the typical yellow cable, offers subtle yellow LED lighting and technical advantages for gamers: Avago ADNS-9800 sensor with up to 8,200 DPI plus a polling rate of 1,000 Hz and a lift-off distance from one to five millimeters. Sharkoon expands its range of input devices and introduces a gaming mouse-keyboard set, specifically aimed at price-conscious gamers. The Sharkoon SHARK ZONE GK15 Gaming Kit comes in the typical black-yellow SHARK ZONE design. It consists of a gaming keyboard with red, yellow and green LED illumination and a gaming mouse with LED illumination in five colors.

The rubber dome keyboard with 3-block layout has an integrated palm rest and provides function keys with preset multimedia actions. Sharkoon expands its range of docking stations and introduces the fastest QuickPort to the product family, which thanks to USB 3.1, offers a data transfer rate of up to 10 gigabits per second. The Sharkoon QuickPort USB 3.1 Type C is a compact docking station for convenient connection of a SATA hard drive to a PC or laptop. With USB 3.1 support, the QuickPort offers a transfer rate of up to 10 gigabits per second and is backwards compatible to USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. The docking station is suitable for a 2.5" HDD/SSD or a 3.5" hard drive, which slides easily into the drive bay of the QuickPort.

Installation is also simple; your operating system recognizes the QuickPort without having to install a driver. If there is no hard drive inserted, a spring-loaded flap protects the inside against dust and dirt. The internal SATA interface of the docking station supports SATA Revision 3.0 and is backwards compatible to previous SATA Revisions. A status LED on the front indicates operation and data transfer. The on/off switch is located on the back, along with the power inlet and USB the USB 3.1 Type C port for connecting to a computer. A USB 3.1 cable (Type A plug to Type C plug) and a power adapter is included, as well.

The Sharkoon DG7000 ATX Midi Tower, designed specifically for gamers, impresses with its unique appearance and astounding functionality. The case, made from robust materials, is suitable for gaming PCs. Thanks to an optimized cable management system the DG7000 always ensures a tidy appearance, which is viewed through the acrylic side window. On the bottom of the case, up to three 3.5" hard drives and a power supply can be installed behind a stealthy panel. Two pre-installed 140 mm LED fans are concealed behind the stunning front with mesh elements, a 140 mm LED is installed in the rear panel. The DG7000 is available in red, blue and green versions, each with matching colored LEDs, LED fans and interior painting. Two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 and two Audio ports on the case front panel offers easy access for connecting peripheral devices.

The special design of the case allows discreet cabling plus provides lots of space for the installation of various components. The power supply and up to three 3.5" hard drives can be mounted decoupled behind a panel on the bottom of the case. The mainboard and the component cabling is also discreet. In addition to the CPU cooler cutout, there are numerous other openings surrounding the mainboard for all required cables. For water cooling, the DG7000 offers the possibility of a 280 mm radiator, with a total height of 5.7 cm including fan, to be attached to the front of the case. A tower cooler up to a height of 17.5 cm can be installed. Maximum length for graphics cards is 38 cm; power supplies with a maximum length of 23 cm. Pre-installed dust filters protect the installed hardware from contamination. For cleaning, they can be easily removed and put back on. Another dust filter is also pre-installed on the top panel, which can be easily removed thanks to the magnetic fastener.

The Sharkoon SHARK ZONE MK80 RGB, in a 3-block layout, offers both brilliant illumination and unmatched individuality. Thanks to the premium quality switches from Kailh, the keyboard provides advantages for professional gamers. The other technical details will also leave you impressed: N-key rollover, on-the-fly macro recording, gaming mode, up to five game profiles, onboard memory, integrated media hub with audio and USB connection possibilities plus a polling rate of 1,000 Hz. The distance to actuation point is 2 mm. The operating force for Kailh Brown is 45 g, the switch is tactile, the switching point is detectable and the click point is undetectable. The distance to actuation point is also 2 mm. The Kailh Blue offers a precisely detectable click point with a detectable switching point plus tactile switch. The distance to actuation point is 1.9 mm; the operating force is 50 g.

Sharkoon announced the SHARK ZONE K20 gaming keyboard with LED illumination in three colors. The illuminated SHARK ZONE K20 keyboard not only impresses with its massive appearance but also offers simple operation and easy setup. All features can be conveniently accessed using the keyboard shortcuts and software installation is not needed. With its robust materials, the keyboard housing is completely made from metal, and always promises a stabile platform on the table. In addition, the palm rest contains two nonslip silicone pads, which can be removed and cleaned with water, if necessary. Sharkoon Unveils New USB 3.0 Hubs in Aluminium

Sharkoon expands its range of USB Hubs and introduces two new external USB 3.0 models in aluminium housings for a variety of uses. Thanks to its simple yet elegant design both hubs are suitable as ideal complements for any PC, especially for high-quality notebooks, ultrabooks and compute sticks.

The elegant Sharkoon 3-Port USB 3.0 Aluminium Hub + RJ45 Ethernet Adapter allows comfortable expansion of three additional USB 3.0 ports to any computer and also has an external network interface card. The integrated Ethernet adapter provides Gigabit Ethernet and is therefore well prepared for integration into fast networks. Connection to a PC occurs via the USB 3.0 cable, a power supply is not required for operation. Thanks to the enclosed CD with driver and manual, the PC can simply expand with the network function of the hubs, connection to the network occurs via RJ45. It's supported with USB 3.0 SuperSpeed data transfer rates up to a max. 5 Gbit/s. Sharkoon Announces S28 ATX Mid-tower Case

For those who prefer it simple: The black Sharkoon S28 Value ATX case offers a minimalist appearance, without sacrificing functionality. The new midi-tower is available in either a S28 Value, with closed side panel, and a S28 Window, with acrylic side panel, version. The S28 also offers a variety of possibilities for the installation of components. The modular hard drive cage allows the use of extra-long graphics cards up to 41.5 cm. If equipped with the maximum amount of hard drives, the case offers space for graphics cards up to 32.5 cm in length. Thanks to its generous width of 21 cm, tower coolers with a height of up to 17 cm can be easily installed. The cable management system ensures discreet wiring of the built-in hardware.

In the front, there are already two quiet 120 mm fans behind the designed air intakes. In the back of the case a quiet 120 mm fan is pre-installed. Thus, the S28 is well prepared for the optimal cooling of high-performance components. The front panel provides two USB 3.0, two Audio and two USB 2.0 ports. If the installed mainboard does not have a USB 3.0 port, the USB 3.0 ports can also operate in USB 2.0 mode. The case features two 5.25" drive bays for the tool-free installation of optical drives. Sharkoon Announces Availability of SharkZone K30 Gaming Keyboard

Sharkoon expands its range of gaming keyboards and presents the SHARK ZONE K30 Illuminated Gaming Keyboard. The keyboard comes in a 3-block layout with typical SHARK ZONE design, white LED illumination and an integrated palm rest. The illumination can be adjusted in several steps directly on the keyboard, even without the installed gaming software. To run macros and/or start profiles, the K30 provides five practical macros as well as three profile keys.

The K30 is programmed by means of the enclosed gaming software. Especially practical is that five game profiles can be activated, which are executed automatically as soon as the desired game starts. Additionally provided are programmable mouse actions and individually configurable key functions, which can be easily adjusted in the gaming software. Thanks to the onboard memory all customizations are saved in the keyboard.

Sharkoon Announces External USB 3.1 Hard Drive Case

Sharkoon expands its range of external drive enclosures and presents a variant for the new USB 3.1 standard: The QuickStore Portable USB 3.1 provides an elegant dwelling for a 2.5" SATA HDD/SDD. The internal controller supports the SATA Revision 3.0 and is backward compatible to Revision 2.0 and 1.0. External connection occurs via a micro-B port. The USB 3.1 case supports Windows 8 UASP and offers a maximum transfer rate of 10 gigabits per second.

Disks with a height up to 9.5 mm can be installed. Assembly is completely tool-free and is done within a few simple steps. To do this, the case frame can be simply unlocked and slid open. With the black, brushed aluminium cover, the QuickStore Portable USB 3.1 visually impresses. A blue LED also indicates operation and data transfer. The hard drive case measures a compact 134 x 85 x 14 mm (L x W x H) and weighs only 51 grams. Packaging includes short instructions as well as a USB 3.1 cable (type-A plug to micro-B port).

Sharkoon expands its range of computer power supply units under the SilentStorm SFX brand and presents two new SFX power supply unit series with "80 PLUS Gold" and "80 PLUS Bronze" certification. They offer the highest efficiency in a compact design for powerful computers such as multimedia or mini-PCs. With the included ATX mounting frame, the power supplies can be used in standard ATX cases.

The SilentStorm SFX Gold 500W is an "80 PLUS Gold" certified SFX power supply for high demands. It offers outstanding efficiency of over 90 percent by 50 percent load and meets the strict requirements of the independent 80 PLUS Initiative "PLUG LOAD SOLUTIONS". The compact dimensions total to only 130 x 125 x 63 mm. Thanks to the modular cable system the only cables used are those needed in the PC. Sharkoon Announces Shark Zone C10 and Sharkoon QB One

The trendy SHARK ZONE C10 Mini-ITX PC Case is aimed at gamers and offers maximum flexibility within the smallest of space. With its compact dimensions of only 37.0 x 22.5 x 18.0 centimeters (L x W x H), it is ideal for mobile and space-saving use at your next LAN party. The case can be used not only horizontally, but vertically as well. Inside the case dual-slot graphics cards with a maximum length of up to 31.5 cm can be installed, and is available with a 5.25" drive bay for an optical drive and installation options for a 3.5" hard drive or a 2.5" HDD/SDD. Without the 5.25" drive bay, up to two 3.5" hard drives or two 2.5" HDD/SSDs can be installed.

An additional 2.5" HDD/SDD can be mounted on the rear panel, instead of an 80 mm fan. CPU coolers with a maximum height of up to 15 cm can be used. The case has a convenient installation opening to easily mount fans. A quiet 120 mm fan is pre-installed at the top and, if needed, an additional 120 mm fan can also be mounted. If no optical drive is installed, the top also has room for a 240 mm radiator. All side panels are equipped with dust filters and offer ventilation openings. An 80 mm fan can be installed to the rear panel. The front features two USB 3.0 and Audio ports. Practical thumbscrews simplify the opening as well as closing of the case.
