EK's GPU Water Block for the Aorus Xtreme/Master RTX 30 Series Is Ready

EK, the leading computer cooling solutions provider, is ready to offer its premium high-performance GPU water block for the AORUS Xtreme and Master editions of the GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics cards - the EK-Quantum Vector Xtreme RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB. The new water block is one of the larger ones in the 3000 series, so make sure your PC case can accommodate it. It's 150.5 mm wide and 295 mm long, and cools all critical components on the GPU's printed circuit board. This gives the water block a market advantage of having a clean design, showing off all of the cooling liquid, and cooling each and every necessary component.

The EK-Quantum Vector Xtreme RTX 3080/3090 water block is compatible with AORUS Xtreme and Master RTX 3080 and 3090 graphics cards. It actively cools the GPU core, top-mounted VRAM, power stages, and chokes in the VRM section. Clean, symmetrically shaped, optimized flow paths reduce hydrodynamic instabilities and vortexing (dead spots) inside of them.

EK Water Blocks Unveils EVGA XC3 RTX 3070 Water Block

EK, the leading computer cooling solutions provider, is launching its premium high-performance GPU water block for the EVGA XC3 edition of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics cards. The new water block is named EK-Quantum Vector XC3 RTX 3070 D-RGB and is exclusively engineered for the EVGA XC3 RTX 3070 GPUs.

This high-performance GPU water block for the EVGA XC3 RTX 3070 graphics cards actively cools the GPU, top-facing VRAM, and inductors, and MOSFETs in the VRM section. It also features optimized flow paths that reduce hydrodynamic instabilities and vortexing (dead spots) inside them for improved performance. An Open Split-Flow cooling engine design is implemented, which proved to be a superior solution for GPU water blocks. It is characterized by low hydraulic flow restriction, meaning it can be used with weaker water pumps or pumps running on low-speed settings and still achieve top performance. The jet plate and fin structure geometry have been optimized to provide even flow distribution with minimal losses and optimal performance when used in any given coolant flow orientation, unlike some currently available products on the market.

GIGABYTE Radeon RX 6900 XT AORUS Xtreme WaterForce WB Pictured, Based on XTXH Silicon

GIGABYTE is joining the new wave of enthusiast-segment custom-design AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics cards that leverage the updated "Navi 21-XTXH" silicon that supports 10% higher clock-speeds. The company is ready with the RX 6900 XT AORUS Xtreme WaterForce WB, its first AMD Radeon graphics card to get its AORUS Xtreme brand-extension (it capped out at AORUS Master for RX 6000 series cards until now). As its name might suggest, the card comes with a factory-fitted full-coverage water-block, and is targeted at those with DIY liquid cooling setups.

The water block uses nickel-plated copper as its primary material, with an acrylic top that's further capped off with poly-vinyl film. The top is studded with addressable RGB LEDs that you control with RGB Fusion 2.0 software. As an AORUS Xtreme product, the card is also likely to receive GIGABYTE's innovative coolant leak detection feature. The company didn't reveal clock speeds, but it's likely to be in the same league as other XTXH cards, such as the Toxic Extreme Edition, OC Formula, Liquid Devil Ultimate, etc. There's no word on when this launches.

Bitspower Unveils Mobius RTX 3090 FE Water Block, and X-TEND Liquid-Cooled Backplate

Bitspower today unveiled a pair of innovative liquid-cooling products for high-end graphics cards. First up is the premium Mobius water block for the GeForce RTX 3090 Founders Edition; and next up, is the X-TEND Backplate for ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3090 series. The Mobius (model number: BPPRE-VG3090FEID) takes advantage of the compact PCB of the RTX 3090 FE to give you a compact 2-slot solution, with the plumbing located at its tail-end, rather than along the top (where NVIDIA's fancy 12-pin power connector is located). The block uses nickel-plated copper as its main material, with a chunky tinted acrylic top that's wrapped around by an alloy scaffolding that attempts to resemble NVIDIA's original product design. The top is studded with addressable-RGB LEDs.

The X-TEND Backplate for ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3090 is an interesting product. It's a backplate that features a small water block that pulls heat from the GDDR6X memory chips located at the reverse side of the PCB, as well as heat from right behind the GPU. A distributor is included, so you can share coolant with your main water block that's on the obverse side of the PCB. Barring the centrally-located water block, the X-TEND is made mainly of acrylic, with a PE-film cover, and is studded with addressable RGB LEDs. The Mobius for RTX 3090 FE is priced at USD $425, while the X-TEND liquid-cooled backplate for the ROG Strix RTX 3090, is priced at $198.

EKWB: Cooling Of the Highest Magnitude Comes to Threadripper CPUs

EK, the leading computer liquid cooling gear manufacturer, is launching a new water block, tailor-made for AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors. The Magnitude sTRX4 is the most complex Threadripper CPU water block on the market to date. Our latest addition to the EK Quantum product line has no intention of succeeding or replacing its Velocity sTR4 counterparts, as the Magnitude water block is a rather sophisticated alternative optimized specifically for Zen 2 based AMD Threadripper CPUs.

EK-Quantum Magnitude sTRX4
The block will be available in the same four finishes as regular Magnitude blocks: Copper + Acetal, Nickel + Acetal (D-RGB), Nickel + Plexi (D-RGB), and Full Nickel. However, to distinguish the two acetal models, Copper + Acetal versions will feature an exclusive red frame by default. The award-winning, signature design truly sets the Magnitude apart, with every piece being CNC-milled from a solid piece of material. The three-dimensional aluminum mounting frame perfectly blends in with the asymmetrical shape of the Threadripper CPU socket while making the screws a seamless part of the water block. Strong edges and chamfers root this futuristic design firmly into the EK Quantum line. Magnitude proudly bears its prestigious iF Design Award.
