The Aerocool Tor we are reviewing clocks in at under US$70, which makes it quite the interesting choice on paper. Equipped with three fans, addressable RGB elements, a remote to control it all, and two glass side panel, it has more than enough to win over any budget-minded enthusiast looking to build their next rig.
