Cooler Master packs the Mastercase H500M into a fully colored cardboard box with an image of the enclosure on front. You will find additional information about the special features of the chassis on the back; a smaller side holds an image of the chassis, while the other has a list of its specifications.
Just like the previous version, the H500M is placed inside a gray cloth bag with handles, which makes unpacking it super easy even though it is neither light or small. The bag is a cool addition and brings back memories of the black bags used for some Cooler Master enclosures in the past. A fairly minimal amount of foam spacers protect the case from damages during transportation, and while this may seem too little, our sample arrived save and in one piece.
Cooler Master offers a black box with small paper compartments in which individual elements of the accessories are packed. While this is a bit fragile and naturally not as useful as the boxes found with some Lian Li or Phanteks cases, it is certainly a nice touch. You will receive an RGB extension cable, 3-pin to Molex adapter, bag of black screws, some cable ties, and a microfiber cloth. The H500M employs a lot of glass, and Cooler Master has included a front panel should you want to swap the default mesh variant out. Last but not least, a small but comprehensive manual is also included.
