We used the latest public Steam release version 1.1.0 of Far Cry Primal (not a press pre-release).

Graphics Memory Usage

Using a GTX Titan X, which has 12 GB of VRAM, we tested the game's memory usage. As you can see, the game's memory requirements are quite modest by today's standards. Its memory requirement also goes up in an ordered fashion. With memory usage peaking at 3.8 GB, the game will do well with any 4 GB class card, no matter the resolution. The data here is based on the game's integrated benchmark test, and regular gaming will see memory usage increase by only around 10% after even extended gaming sessions.
