The Phison Pascari X200P is a solid-state drive in the U.2 form factor, launched in March 2024. It is available in capacities ranging from 1.9 TB to 31 TB. This page reports specifications for the 3.8 TB variant. With the rest of the system, the Phison Pascari X200P interfaces using a PCI-Express 5.0 x4 connection. The SSD controller is the PS5302-X2 from Phison, a DRAM cache chip is available. Phison has installed 238-layer TLC NAND flash on the Pascari X200P, the flash chips are made by SK Hynix.
