The Inland QN322 is a solid-state drive in the M.2 2280 form factor, launched in 2022. It is available in capacities ranging from 500 GB to 2 TB. This page reports specifications for the 2 TB variant. With the rest of the system, the Inland QN322 interfaces using a PCI-Express 3.0 x4 connection. The SSD controller is the PS5013-E13-35 (E13T) from Phison, a DRAM cache is not available. Inland has installed 96-layer QLC NAND flash on the QN322, the flash chips are made by Micron. To improve write speeds, a pseudo-SLC cache is used, so bursts of incoming writes are absorbed more quickly. At its launch, the SSD was priced at 70 USD. The warranty length is set to 6 years, which is a very long warranty, better than most other drives on the market. Inland guarantees an endurance rating of 400 TBW, a very low value compared to other SSDs.
