The Teamgroup T-Create Classic SATA is a solid-state drive in the 2.5" form factor, launched in 2021. It is only available in the 1 TB capacity listed on this page. With the rest of the system, the Teamgroup T-Create Classic SATA interfaces using a SATA 6 Gbps connection. The SSD controller is the SM2259XT2 from Silicon Motion, a DRAM cache is not available. Teamgroup has installed 96-layer TLC NAND flash on the T-Create Classic SATA, the flash chips are made by Toshiba. To improve write speeds, a pseudo-SLC cache is used, so bursts of incoming writes are processed more quickly. The T-Create Classic SATA is rated for sequential read speeds of up to 550 MB/s and 520 MB/s write; random IOPS reach up to 70K for reads and 60K for writes.
At its launch, the SSD was priced at 81 USD. The warranty length is set to three years, which is above average, but shorter than the five years offered by many other vendors. Teamgroup guarantees an endurance rating of 240 TBW, a relatively low value compared to other SSDs.

In this SSD the controller is operating at 425 MHz, even though it does support frequencies of up to 550 MHz.

NAND Flash is running at 200 MHz (400 MT/s)

Controller:

Depending on each SSD the controller clock can vary, i've seen it running from 425 MHz up to 550 MHz.

NAND Die:

Read latency tR: 58 µs (ABL)
tPROG with ~ 25% Overhead: ~ 750 µs (Avg - 42.7 MB/s per each die)
