Raijintek Forkis Pro RBW CPU Water Block Review

Introduction

Raijintek Logo

Raijintek entered our watercooling product review database earlier this year with the Calore Elite CA360—a triple 120 mm radiator that hit the mark simply by selling at a reasonable price in a time where everything seems to cost a lot more than just a couple of years ago. I had mentioned in said review that it was the first of a few different Raijintek product reviews I'd be submitting, and today we get to the second, in the form of the Forkis Pro RBW CPU water block.

The Raijintek Forkis family of CPU blocks currently has two members, the Forkis Elite and the Forkis Pro RBW. The former gets a POM (acetal) top and does not feature any lighting support, whereas the Pro RBW version has a PMMA (acrylic) top and integrated addressable RGB LEDs, as the image above indicates. This review otherwise will be a good indicator for the user experience and performance of both blocks, given they are identical in all other matters. Raijintek claims the use of a "3D micro-structure flow tunnel" in addition to a nickel-plated copper cold plate with the copper itself "melted by alloying brazing." This is a product designed in Germany and made in China, so I mostly care about the build quality and how well it performs for the asking price. As such, let's not waste more time and get on with this review, beginning with a look at the product specifications in the table below. Thanks to Raijintek for providing a sample to TechPowerUp!
