Drive:
Only the 250GiB had Dynamic Write Acceleration (pSLC Caching), alongside the mSATA and M.2 2260 / 2280 for the MX200 line-up.
MX200 uses small SMDs Ceramic capacitors, which do not provide full protection from host power failures, but instead protect the data at rest. (backup circuitry that merely protects the existing data from corruption)
Meaning that the NAND mapping table as well as any in-flight user data are still vulnerable to sudden power losses.
