The Reletech P600 is a solid-state drive in the M.2 2280 form factor. It is only available in the 1 TB capacity listed on this page. With the rest of the system, the Reletech P600 interfaces using a PCI-Express 3.0 x4 connection. The SSD controller is the PS5015-E15-35 from Phison, a DRAM cache is not available. Reletech has installed 176-layer TLC NAND flash on the P600, the flash chips are made by Micron. To improve write speeds, a pseudo-SLC cache is used, so bursts of incoming writes are soaked up more quickly. The P600 is rated for sequential read speeds of up to 3,500 MB/s and 3,200 MB/s write.
At its launch, the SSD was priced at 44 USD. The warranty length is set to five years, which is an excellent warranty period. The TBW rating for the Reletech P600 1 TB is unknown.
