is there any way i make the 17x.xx drivers from nvidia drop my GPU clock like in the newer drivers ?

why u just dont update the drivers, in the time u were waiting for someone to answer (me) u can have ur drivers already downloaded :slap:

the drivers im using are for windows 7 i've tried running vista drivers on windows 7 but not al ofl my games work with them so that why im asking this.

i dont think u can FROM the drivers but maybe from other app, but really dont know :confused:

when you r clock downclock do you have any instability int he system? im havijng issues with stability and i waned to know if you were having any issues with such.

no mine runs fine i just dont like my clock speed and GPU power running at 100% all the time

see im using windows 7 beta and the only driver that work 100% with the beta is the one from windows update and thats 179.23 it runs all my games great but im using 185.20 now because of the GPU downclocking at idle
