OK guys. I'm currently running Yate Loons. I have a pair of high speed and low speed. The high speed are too noisy, but cool really well. The low speed fan are quiet, but don't cool so well. I need a couple of new fans that have a good balance of CFM and noise levels...and are reasonably priced. Let's hear those suggestions!

I went from Thermaltake stock fans to Yate Loons to AC Ryans to Arctic Freezer fans. I like the Arctic freezer fans best. Very quite with a low RPM, but good CFM. I had to mod one fan to blow into the case, cause they only blow one way, cannot be swapped. (no worries, it would work for you rad!)

I would suggest you use the Yate Loon high's with a fan controller. Or you could get Yate Loon Mediums.

Yeah, I may buy a fan controller instead. Probably cheaper.

I just recently bought an entirely new watercooling set (the description is to the left.) I don't know how loud your fans are, but I bought some Scythe SlipSteams, which give 110.31 CFM @ 37 dBA.
