I would strongly recommend erasing your Windows install and starting over.

These little buggers use rootkits and you can never be sure that your PC is clean. How do you know that there's nothing else on there now? You don't. And how do you know that whatever you've used to get rid of it has done so for sure. You don't.

Just because AVG or any other a/v software doesn't find anything, means nothing. I use Kaspersly Internet Security and if that ever flags up an infection, I would wipe my PC and start over.

Make an image of your new install and just restore from that, to save you time.

Any questions, feel free to ask.

Though usually every virus has its own removal tool if ya google hard enough. Though take qubit advice, once your rooted its over. Your computer has a new svchost.exe from microsoft running, and someone makin money off ya. In reality virus scanner only real use is to tell ya to restore your image. Personally I haven't used a virus scanner in ages, though i rarely keep the same install of windows more then 3 weeks, since it takes what 10 mins or less to restore, and you'll know everything will work right when its done.

You could also try Combofix. We use that at the shop I work for to get rid of rootkits.
