I would suggest the Arctic Cooling AC Xtreme 9800, seems like the best deal out of the bunch.

Very expensive, for GTS250 does not worth it. Zerotherm is 20 bucks.

gts 250 is a card which runs very cool at load....i believe that they dont need extra cooling and u have haf 932...which is better than any other cases....u oc'd ur card to 800 mhz...u dun need an extra cooler ....


extra cooler for gts 250 means...wasting money

Yep, none of those, but Accelero Twin-Turbo, like trt740 said. Had it on my 9800 GTX+ and did great. Rest (except Accelero S1) are overkill, the card isn't that hot.

Oh and Accelero Xtreme 9800 might not fit, if your card is redesigned since reference 9800 GTX+.

Wow, have they upped the voltage on those compared to 9800 GTX+? Had no temp problems with it, just didn't like how noisy the stock cooler got with load.

Nop, the same voltage, but some of them use crappy vents and thermal....

I have 1 9800GTX+ with 1.3v jumper for core and shaders:D

I went with The Artic Cooling Accelero Xtreme 9800.

Onboard is correct in that it was not a direct fit. But with some modifying ( Had to cut some of the HS plate off, remove two fins up front, and bend/flatten some of the heat pipes, and remove the 2-pin audio connector from the board) I did get it to work. And it WAS worth all the trouble. My temps in Furmark went from 75c (after 1 min bench) to 56c (after 5 mins continuous)!!

Its an awesome cooler, and I hope AC makes one that will fit the GTS 250 soon.

Edit: and BTW, this thing is VERY quiet!

Nice temp drop, Accelero Xtremes are beasts ;) Glad that you got it to fit with some modifications.

Don't think there is a new version coming, NVIDIA makes too many modification on it's cards and cooler that fits only 1 card isn't that profitable. Though they could make a rev.2 that fits 9800GTX/+ and GTX 250 :)
