Great monitor. Great price!

This monitor uses a LG.Philips panel, the LM260WU1. This is the same panel used in the NEC LCD2690WUXi and the DoubleSight DS-263N. The NEC display used to sell new for $1100-1200 dollars, and the only difference that I know of between this unit and the NEC is an A-TW polarizer in the NEC. All this feature does is increase extreme angle viewing enjoyability, so most times you'd never need it.

All of these monitors have been highly sought after due to color quality. IPS are the closest to CRT tubes in terms of accuracy, and these models have shown to be particularly good. An additional bonus is that this model, the Planar, has a really low input lag compared to most LCDs. On top of this, there should be very little ghosting making this monitor a great choice for gamers as well.

I want this. That much should be obvious. My lack of money and shipping it to Canada are keeping me away.

Yes this is all true and I thought I would never sell this monitor. I am only selling because I have moved up to 30" but I dont think any of them have the same excellent picture quality as the Planar.
