I got this fairly old game (Thats EPICly Great) called Call of Cthulhu Dark Corners of the Earth that runs at 300 FPS and has really bad tearing. I tried using ATI CCC Vsyc Always ON but that didn't work and using Riva Tuners D3D override didn't work either. IT obveously doesn't give a Vsync option as well.

Is there anyway to get this game to use Vsync?

Did you check the Config ini file? usually you can manually change unchangeable options that way?

Thanks I'll take a look at it. Yeah found out about this game myself. I love Bethesda and so I thought I'd try it out even though the title was kinda gay, I'm really impressed with the story line and game play so far.

Man no luck, the game doesn't seem to have a .ini it does have a .data but I can't seem to edit that. Its just pissing me off that all this tearing is messing up this great game.
