Ram upgrade for older compaq

i have a chance to get 4 x 1gb ddr sticks of ecc ram and an 939 x2 3800 for a good price. I cannot seem to give a absolute yes or no to the fact if the board will support ECC ram.

Any commentS?

The link doesnt work. 9/10 most post year 2000 boards will take both ECC and non ECC ram without a problem.
