undervolting

Hello , i am new to this forum
I am not at all new to overclocking
I have a x700 and i want to change its voltage from windows, i found alot of moddable software on the net, but they all about over voltage , i really want to down volt this time. Can someone reccommend some soft ?

I have tried ati tray tools but no option for voltage , also atiTool, but i cannot access the voltages with it, i think it only works for 9200 - 9800,

Can someone tell me a down volting method ?

why would you want to undervolt your card?

the only reason i could think to undervolt a card would to be b/c its to hot,or its artifacting,in which case i would just rma it...
