Can I ask why the Corsair reservoir and fan are at an angle and not blowing out the back of the case?

Can you run speccy to reveal your computer component temperatures?

Have you OC any or all components? If so, have you tried running everything stock to see if any improvement?

Everything points to software issues, but checking the hardware is good to rule out.

Your current system is far from being dead. You just need to figure out the problems.

I find it a bit ridiculous that you think you need a new system now. Not to mention its hard to take any of it seriously when you reference getting a damn server system for gaming, and wondering if its good for gaming. Your current system will kill it in gaming.

So figure out the issues, try a different way of doing the network (powerline, access point, etc. ) instead of dealing with unreliable wireless cards. Maybe get a different case so everything can fit properly.

Um... I uh nvm just gonna sit this one out I think as I have nothing nice to say other than the OP is somewhat delusional on the capabilities of AMD hardware and all that stuff needs a complete cleaning / proper REBUILD so everything is installed and mounted / positioned properly.

I'll zip tie it and its 64bit the warranty was void when the pins got bent I did format using the Windows CD it's just the wipe I used killdisk
Mount the radiator to the case and then mount the fan to the front of the radiator so it is sucking air from the front and blowing it through the radiator out the back. The 'front' of the Corsair fan is the area without the label and the 'back' is the area with the label. The fan will pull air from the 'front' to the 'back' side.
example:

Or mount the fan to the case with the fan 'front' facing forward and mount the radiator to the fan so the fan is sandwiched between case and radiator.

no, do it with the fan inbetween case and radiator, and flip it so the tubing are at the bottom.

otherwise he will have to find new screws and shit to do it the other way. but seriously, you need a new case.

Corsair just launched a Obsidian 450D go look at it.

Okay, like so:

Make it so the fan is exhausting, not intaking, case air.

Close enough to being "normal."

Have you changed everything to stock speeds?

Maybe bad memory, try running on one stick to check if it improves.

The problem with Intel is it's not as fast the hyper threading may make it run faster then a 4 core but Intel 4 core HT vs amd 8 core HT (Intel HT hyper threading amd HT hyper transport) I'll take the amd its cheaper and its better for gaming amd HT runs process 2 times faster Intel HT runs 2 at a time example a 2Ghz processor amd and Intel Intel's HT runs 2 process at 2Ghz amd's HT runs 2 process at 2 times that spear but Intel is better at multi processing for servers amd Is better at gaming it runs games faster then Intel
Since you are a self-proclaimed expert on how to build a gaming PC, why don't YOU tell us what's wrong with it - I've never heard more bullshit in one post, or ever met someone as ate up with AMD fanboy crap! Any asshole knows that you get what you pay for - when you cheap out with AMD crap, you get a crappy system. especially when you have zero building skills. AMD is second-string all the way, and to hear you putting down real hardware is an insult to any type of system builder, whatever his budget. I suggest you go back to destroying Dells or HPs and quit trying to pretend you know something.

Is it a distro that youre using for windows? If it is, then some of them mess things up quite a bit. I have never had any problems with my 8320, even though it definitely runs hotter than yours because of the insufficient cooling.

I already corrected you earlier.

AMD processors do NOT have hyper threading.

Hyper threading is an Intel technology. AMD does not an any equivalent to it that resemble virtual cores.

Hyper Transport has nothing to do with cores. Its completely unrelated to what you are talking about. Hyper Transport is a alternative to FSB, which acts as a communication between the CPU and its various sub systems.

Who said AMD was better at gaming and runs two times faster? Did you read any reviews because it seems like you are pulling facts out your arse.

I've reinstalled Windows 3 times with no change each time with a new CD and I ment hypertransport. I'm using my phone it has autocorrect the error message is saying something like the hardware cannot be found or unable to read hardware and yes there's a difference one can't see it the other sees it but doesn't know what it is I fix PC's it would have died long before if it wasn't for me I've tried my best but to no avail so that's why I'm asking for your help sorry if I'm sounding rude I'm not trying to be

This is driver related. It means the OS can detect the hardware but doesn't have the most up to date drivers preloaded on the OS. Essentially you need to go to the manufacturer of the given hardware website and hunt for drivers.
