Hello,
I'm a little confused about what you are worried about. A majority of people who buy 120mm radiators will place it where the exhaust fan of most cases are, shown in the image below. The Corsair 230T has the space for you to put it there, and as you can see from the image below, it doesn't affect the graphics card or PCIe slot in anyway. Perhaps the only incompatability would be large VRM heatsinks, but the MSI board you mentioned shouldn't be a problem. So in answer to your question, you should have no problems with installing the H75 cooler in your case.
