So, I updated the BIOS of my P8P67-M Pro to the 3701 on Asus' site and ever since.. it's basically become possessed.
First of all, it doesn't boot 4/5 times. The only way I can get it to boot without going to a black screen is to clear the CMOS 5 times and one out of those will get me into the BIOS.
But not before I get a "CPU Voltage error" and "CPU Temperature error". When I finally enter the BIOS, all the voltages are in red and continuously fluctuating. For instance, the 3.3v is actually 15v and the 12v is 24v.
Also, the CFM ratings are 65533RPM.
I manage to do very little before the computer simply shuts off.
I managed to boot into Windows just fine but it shut off again after about a minute.
My first thought after the BIOS was the PSU.. but it's been working solid for a year, and what are the chances that everything fucks up exactly after I upgrade the BIOS?
I'm going to try to download an older BIOS and reflash it.
If anyone has any input, please write it!
Thank you.
