Its this bit that makes it look photoshopped the most (see attachment)

EDIT: The attachment option has disappeared from my control panel. Will upload it later. But its picture no.8. look at the top left of the red light. It just looks wrong.

theres nothing on it showing its a real working computer.

4 GB Flash Card?
GEMINOS Operating System?

and no pics of any stages of the building process, I would like to see whats under the skin holding that up.

So no Im not bought on thinking thats a real computer.. at least until I seen some hardware pics.. it could be real but theres no proof that it is, not even a website link.

Would be cool if its real, but it looks like a 3dsmax shot.

one of the photos has a shadow of a person standing in a doorway.
Can you do that in 3Dsmax???

its Fake for sure..save the pic on ur PC blow up and c for urself.

Thats because its a low resolution image my friend, as per TPU Case Gallery Image Limitations.

This picture makes me believe it's real. Notice the highlighted area on the arm. Where the molding is damaged. Most people don't go to the trouble of adding manufacturing defects into their fakes. It's a department store mannequin, although who knows if there is really a computer inside since we can't see the internals. There is no reason there can't be though.
