Need help with choosing heatsink+fan

so i have an athlon 64 x2 i want to oc it but i know its going to overheat with this stock heatsink and fan on it. i was wondering if anyone could help me find a good heatsink & fan on www.newegg.com.

im looking to spend under 100 bucks so hit me back with some links if you can help!

I had the AC - Freezer 7 Pro, which is just the intel version, and i got some incredible overclocks with it! Anyone here that has owned one will rate them very well!

Another vote for the AC Pro....I think my case fan is louder than that thing. I love it! Plus I picked it up new on Ebay for 20 bucks shipped.

Here is thermaltake's new one. The geisha fan. All copper. It MaximumPC, CPU Magazine, etc its bested their current king, which is CNPS9500/9700 by 1 or 2 degrees.
