How to burn data to DVD Disc?

I want to burn all my stuff in a cd for backup but the CD is only 700mb..... is it posible to burn data on DVD disc?

I have nero

Yes... if you have Windows you can just drag into the drive the blank DVD is in and click, "Burn"

My god, do you actually find any solution by yourself?

Go to start > all programs > nero > Nero StartSmart > Look at the top of the window, you will see options (dvd, cd/dvd, cd) select dvd > click on DATA (the document picture) > and click on make data dvd > drag and drop your files > and burn!

btw...i have version 7, can be different on the older and newer version.

I tried nero and go to data burning but the capacity size is still 700mb.

I tried opening the blank dvd drive.... and drag the files in but it wont let me.

What version of nero do you have? Make sure you select DVD on the top of startsmart window.

ahh ok... I got it! I just saw a small tab says dvd on top right corner.... I click and the capacity is the size of dvd!
