Im not so sure about overclocking an integrated chip...even if its possible.

Softmodded 9800SEs get this alot. Mine boots up with black lines everywhere sometimes. I dunno exactly what causes it, but it seems to be common. I wouldnt worry or change anything.

9700...its damn close to the 9800 and theres no risk. Plus if you dont need hardcore gaming a 9700 is fine.

A new cooler isnt necessare for that junk. It never gets hot.

Its cause games stress your card more than ATItool.

Well theyre ramsinks so who cares? But try messing with that memory speed too. And how many FPS were you getting in CSS anyway? Were you just looking and guessing, cause thats inaccurate. And if you have FPS over what your refresh rate is then its a waste also.

No....youll never be able to flash a 9600SE to anything.
