I once had unique graphics problems and it was like digital blocks on the screen, but only at a specific time. I repaired the .netframework in the "add or remove programs" area, if you do this it may help you.

Have you tried to use the motherboard graphics only? You could uninstall the card completly and see if the problem exist on the motherboard alone witch could indicate a system problem, then when you reinstall the card use an older driver and see if that changes it.
