Don't Use the Rev_2 File use the other one it works...:) I have tested it on Windows 7 x64. Just restart in Safe mode and Use Driver sweeper to delete any remaining Nvidia Driver files. Then Boot in Normal Mode install the driver Paste the Other file(nvlddmkm.sys) and Sign it as well. Then...

My Best bet will be asking the retailer to do it since we have very good business relations will try that apart from that. On Palit's site there is no info regarding the warranty if i remove the cooler and their forum is also not accessible.:( Will contact the dealer tommorrow and get back to you.
