Bad reading of Sandy bridge iGPU

Well, the topic states that the readings are wrong, not that his computer is broken ;)

Bad reading of Sandy bridge iGPU

Bus width should be the same as the ram memory, either one channel at 64bit or dual channel at 128bit. Memory clock is the same as the ram memory clock as well. Core clock is dependant on CPU model, notebookcheck and tech arp has some information...

320m, some errors in the information

Yes this seem to be the case. I checked inside device manager. While other hardware are connected to a "PCI Express standard Root Port" the 320m is connected via a "PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge" No, it's shared memory. Windows reports 7.74GB and no overclocking tool can touch the memory...

320m, some errors in the information

better now :) Bus interface, memory type and bandwidth still shows wrong values though. I noticed that nvidia inspector is able to fetch the bios version from the card. Although I cannot verify that it's reading right. Just curious, is the memory bandwidth hard coded or calculated from the...

320m, some errors in the information

Geforce 320m (found in various apple computers) Numbers of shaders are 48, not 32. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Nvidia_graphics_processing_units#GeForce_300M_.283xxM.29_series http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=167891 Bus Interface should be PCI Express, not PCI. I have...

SPDTool: Read, Edit and Flash your Memory's SPD

Can't get SPDTool to work on macbook white 2010 or macbook pro 2009. Both computers tells me "No Memory Modules Found. Incompatible SMBus driver" These machines have nvidia chipsets 320m and 9400m, running Windows XP SP3 32bit

Bug with GPU load on 8800 and 9800 cards.

GPU-z will show 0% GPU Load and Memory Controller Load until you overclock/underclock your 8800 or 9800 card. For me this happens in Windows 7 x64 using 197.13 WHQL on ,two different systems, one with 8800GTS 512 and one with 8800GTS 320. Changing the clock speed of the card solved the...

    Getting even lower voltages?

Let's see, I see that he got his card severly underclocked and the screen messed up, later on it died. It didn't die due to low voltages but to very low core clock. I've already got a low core clock and are fully aware that there is a bottom limit as well as a upper limit. Usually the card...

    Getting even lower voltages?

If somebody know that low voltage will kill the card, please post some decent facts instead of "I've head somewhere..." High voltage can kill your card too, but that's up to me right? If it's a limitation in the application, then it would be really nice for me to do this. So far I've...

    Getting even lower voltages?

I've succesfully downclocked my ATI X1800XT, gets nice and low temps especially since I undervolted it. I want to undervolt my memory even more, is the limitation in the application or in the card? Currently I can't go below 1.785v
