    Random BSOD

I am using a Sata power cable. The only other problems i have encountered is with fire fox - it occasionally shuts down. I have recorded the error and sent the report to Microsoft - there reply was completely useless - no help and no solution. Could it be the graphics card?

    Data corruption/checksum errors/BSOD????

Yer frequencies are locked. Does anyone know what the bootable Knoppix (Lunix) did to make the windows install work. My guess is that there is certain on board memory functions maybe also corrupt files stored within the ram that are difficult to wipe? Bootable Knoppix (Lunix) loads...

What do you mean frequencies locked? I think the root of the problem is the fact that i installed windows while overclocked.

OCZ Vendetta 2 is a beast!!!

Batmang the OCZ v2 will fit that motherboard if you configure the fan direction out of the back of the case. :) Echo75 that is the answer i was looking for, so the max temp you should allow the cores to go to is 72?

OCZ Vendetta 2 is a beast!!!

I knew that was the case.. Thanks for the beta... I might do 3dmark at higher clocks on both the GPU and CPU just for the sake of it to get a higher score:p and then lower them again... One thing i have noticed is that there is no massive increase in performance during game play between around...

OCZ Vendetta 2 is a beast!!!

thanks... with your water cooling rig... what do your temps hit at full load at 4ghz in comparison to the OCZ? Reason i ask is because i primed the other day at 4ghz (444 x 9) at 1.5 in CPUZ my temps were in the high 60's and low 70's during first 15mins! I've only had the Q6600 for a week...
