i have these 2 pc sitting next to each other. and was wondering if i can share files with each other using some kind of cable? i do have them wired to a router but i cant get that way to work

hi all. i just got my new pc. a few weeks ago and its running great. im running the core 2 duo e6600. and was wondering if 75F a good core temperature? it stays pretty close to this temp. all the time. even when im gaming.
