Do video games aggrivate you?

Games used to piss me off until I got a job. Now I play them to relive stress.

I don't get mad at games. If I think it starts to be a waste of time I stop playing it. When users decide to glitch, or use hacks in multiplayer, I get a little pissed because it destroys the gaming experience though.

Back in the day they used to back when i was using the spectrum HAHA.. Bent a far few of those keyboards. Dam tape decks always needed tuning up all the time and do remember the tape deck being hit too a few times haha..

Pay back all the time taking it apart to fix it for one reason or another and this is going back a looong time now.

Used to punch the monitor but soon learned not to do that as it just courses more pain to you haha .

These days i tend to laugh it of and it's a case of having to as LCD's don't like being punched. One of the reason i use a old Compaq keyboard as i can get fairly heavy handed at times and they have better support for the keys than the new ones what are made today.

If your highly tempted you are just better walking away leave it a few hours or even a day.........

Only when its laggy as fuck I say "what was that" "I clearly shot him" "He clearly can only use nades".

But when I get bad team mates, im quiet and grumpy, but I dont get mad at games anymore, just slightly annoyed is all.

It's been years since I've had an outburst towards a game. It's generally not my skill that makes me have problems on some games, but the actual way the game was programmed and how the controls worked.

I do get upset and mad, but I don't abuse anything anymore. About 5 years ago when I had my CRT monitor, I used to hit the screen - not as hard as I could, but enough to make the picture flicker off and back on. I stopped doing that especially since I've been using LCD monitors. I don't play much online games (CS:S and the like) anymore due to always being stuck on the team that doesn't work together while the other team slaughters us....that pisses me off when everyone thinks they're Superman.

I never broke anything (mouse, controller, keyboard, monitor, game or console), but I'm sure I've gotten close. I've learned to control my temper and only let loose when it's necessary....my wife doesn't let me speak my mind or interfere in situations where someone is out of line towards another person - things would go badly if I did get involved.

It's just easier to take a deep breath, turn the game off and take a break. No sense in breaking something (or yourself) over the fact that a game is kicking your ass. Sometimes after a short break and you come back, you end up kick the game's ass.

If games start to stress me out or annoy me I stop playing them, usually an easy solution. I'm also one of those people that like to play on a harder difficulty from the start, so I stop and start a lot

Now I can't be the only one that got pissed off at the NES and used to smack it up, and then the game would pop up.

Then you would have to pull out the game, blow on the connectors, and put it in and with your index finger shake it back in forth.

I don't get mad at most games but every once in awhile one gets me really pissed and right now UFC 2009 Undisputed is the game that makes me talk like a drunkin sailor. I get so pised that both my dogs run for cover. I never break anything though I just mouth off.

i hate losing in ufc (360). you do so good the whole round, than he takes you down into arm bar. thats when i say fuck it and turn it off

thats me all over it lol i get very angry at games lmao.Specially when i spend like 30mins to like 2hrs on doing 1 stupid thing i just throw my control pad or bash my table really hard.

Hell yes I get mad!! Especially when playing MLB2k9 and I have a no hitter going into the 9th. Twice it's broken with 2 outs!! Also it really pisses me off when it's easy as hell for the CPU to steal but it's hard as shit for me(in real baseball you watch the pitchers lead foot but in this game it doesn't matter). FPS shooters don't aggravate me but sports games, that's a whole other story.

It depends on the game for me. I mostly play RPGs and it is typically the forced non-storyline tasks that piss me off in those games. I'm all for a good puzzle, but some of the tasks are just ridiculously irritating. One example I can think of is in Breath of Fire IV when you have to chase this little brat of a kid around until you catch him. It just seems pointless to me. Xenosaga II has an irritating spot (yes, more irritating than the rest of the game ) towards the end, where you have run from one spot to another before the "invisible" timer runs out.

Other than that, the only other thing that irritates me is when Oblivion crashes on me. It typically crashes within two to three hours and sometimes I forget to save before I realize how long it has been.
