Where to get a Win Vista OEM disk

Have a Dell laptop with key, for OEM disk for Win Vista Business "OEMAct". Hard drive is gone, key never used elsewhere. Not sure if I should go the Dell route or if there's another source for an install.

If this post isn't considered legit - Mods please remove it.

You used to be able to download a "Trial" version of Vista from Microsoft. You can download the iso, burn it, install it w/key, and then run 4 hours of updates(doesnt include SP1/2).

Cant find the download link from M$, perhaps they took it down.

Wonder if that includes the OEM version... with Xp, there are different installs (retail, OEM, bulk).

The install lets you choose which version to install. What version is the key for?

I would contact Dell on it. Sometimes their easy to deal with (will send you a copy in the mail), or they can be real asses about it and tell you to buy a copy. Ive seen them do it both ways. Also, M$ has been known to ship out OEM copies if you have proof of a valid keyand talk to them real nice like. ;) Or if you have someone with a TechNet account, they can get you a copy.

The key label says "Windows Vista Business OEMAct"

You can use any Vista DVD, I'm sure you can find one around, or find someone with it that can burn you a copy.

I used to use the "Vista Anytime Upgrade DVD." It would let me put in most OEM COA keys and it would automatically install the appropriate version of Vista. You might be able to find a download if you searched for "Vista Anytime Upgrade DVD."
