Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe...Piece of (fill in the black)!

I went from a ECS KA3 Extreme that could handle my 6000+ running 3.3Ghz all day long but this Asus board can't even handle 3.2Ghz. I have played around with this thing so much my girlfriend is getting jealous and i'm getting pissed! I have messed with about ever volt option under jumperfree, relaxed my Ballistix timings to 5-5-5-21 set to run 667 through the bios and still it will not run stable. It did play crysis for about 3 days without a problem and I beat it running @ 3.4Ghz. I installed Vegas 2 and about 10-15min into playing it would lock up. Played and played with settings, and finally set everything back to stock and no issues. This morning, since I was up at 3:30AM to get ready for work, I thought I would try some more and I can't get VISTA or XP stable @ 3.1Ghz. I either get BSOD's or services not responding once I get to the desktop. Any owners out there PLEASE give some info if you have any..it would be much appreciated!!

I did take my PSU to work to test it out and all test passed(I was playing Vegas 2 for 40min and all of a sudden the system just shutoff).

Also noticed my CPU volts jump around when viewing it through CPU-Z. I'll give more info once I get home.

Are you calculating your memory dividers correctly? I can get 3.5ghz out of my 5000 BE with this board.

Right now I'm @ 3.3Ghz and Orthos has ran for 30+min. I have alot to do today so I'm just going to let this run and hopefully all is good! All I did was set CPU Vcore to 1.52 since I have noticed droops before and everything else is at auto.

Forgot to mention I droped HT down to 600 as well.

I honestly think 3.3-3.36 is now, for some reason, its oc limit!. I tried 3.45Ghz with 1.5375 cpu volts and core 0 stops in orthos all the time. Its temp would reach 59 degrees celcius but for 2hrs would run orthos with no problem @ 3.3Ghz.

Would it be worth it to run my mem @ 1066 or beyond or should I just stay with 4-4-4-10-24 timings that I am currently using @ DDR2 824?

You seem to be setting your own limits. If you want to go higher, loosen up the ram timings and take it all higher.

What settings are you using?

Yes on air. The settings were something like a 240 bus x5 HTT, Memory was around 900mhz. I have to figure out the multi I was using... I also have a blessed 5000+ BE.

I can get 3.48GHz with mine. Will run orthos for hours with no problems. x14.5 multi / 240 FSB / x5 HTT / memory around 490MHz @ 1.52v cpu. She runs hot though, so I dont hold her there for very long. Mine runs 24/7 @ 3.25GHz.
I guess I rally cant help.... runing another brand mobo. I do now that yours should do it fine.
