Something weird is going on with my friends pc, has a AMD64 Athlon 3500+ and a 8800GTS OC video card, also and a mini ATX motherboard, it runs css really really really fast and it makes it look like he's hacking to other people, says it cant run AoE3 saying that it didnt meet the minimum pc requirements. I have pictures can anyone tell me wtf?

How does it only have 1.75GB of RAM? 1x1GB, 1x512, 1x256?

its 2gb of ram 2 sticks I dont even know wtf is going on have no overclocking tool or anything supposedly its underclocked need more heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllppppppppppp

here's a picture of my system showing it slightly overclocked at 2.19 Ghz... His says 632mhz so majorly UNDERclocked... right?

looks like you've got something wrong with your bios.. reset and see if that fixes your processor speed.

AMD Cool & Quiet technology, similar to Intel Speedstep, automatically down clocks the CPU when it doesn't need to be operating at full speed to conserve energy. You can usually disable it in BIOS if you want, but there isn't any reason to unless you like higher energy bills.

Why's the FSB so low? I thought AMD's Cool and Quiet plays with the multiplier, not the FSB.

I thought it might be Cool 'n Quiet also but Cool 'n quiet drops the multiplyer not the FSB.

yeah I disabled that and it didnt work, but we ended up fixing it this morning, we reset bios and it all went back to normal, thanks for all the help
