DVD drive is easy, any suggested video cards? and it looks like the video card can go up to $150 now, if applicable with that power supply.

that will save you 80 bucks
ditch the cooler the processor will come with one anyway and you can still OC a fair bit on it, plus im not sure the cooler you selected will be that much of an improvement anyway

so now you should be under 600 with mail in rebates

the only way your going to get lower than that is buy some used parts of ebay or switch to a diff processor video card ect, or downgrade the HD a little, none of which i recommend if you can help it, also if your a student or your brother you can get a much cheaper copy of windows that could save your budget
