I couldn't resist, got my 4870 a couple of weeks ago. The 3870 was good, but there were a few niggles (jerkiness in game videos mainly). So far the 4870 just blasts through everything, even Crysis on very high DX10 if you leave the AA off (AA only seems to affect Crysis performance, on everything else its almost free).
Only thing is I cant get Bioshock to start in DX10 mode full screen....Works in a window, works fullscreen in DX9, weird.
