That pic is from the review you linked.Zubasa: you have 5770. i am talking about 5830 from that review.MSI afterburner did not see any VRM with the I2C interface.
Why are you so sure that the card can contol voltage?

It is just the early version of GPU-Z used in that review is wrong.
Even so, the card is clearly mark as 5800 series.
