"Hi, today I bought a 6700xt graphics card to replace my old one (1050ti). My PC configuration is i5-11400f, a 750w power supply, 16gb RAM, and an Asus PRIME H510M-A motherboard (s1200, Intel H510). When I start the PC, the graphics card lights up, the fans spin, and everything else starts up normally, but I get a "Standby mode" message on my monitor. I tried putting the graphics card in my friend's PC, and it worked fine there. I also tried my friend's graphics card (6600xt) in my PC, and it works fine. After that, I searched online, removed the motherboard battery, deleted the drivers for the old card, updated the BIOS, used both HDMI and DisplayPort cables, tried three monitors and two TVs, but nothing seems to work."

Try the card in your friends PC and if it still doesnt work. Send it back for an exchange or a refund. If you bought the card second hand. You might have gotten burned.

Thats strange to me then. I doubt it would be a bios issue on the motherboard as it has had no problems reading the 6600XT.

Does it go into black screen straight away? like you hit the button to turn it on and nothing comes on screen?

Your screen didn't get any signal from the connected device... that's why it gets in standby mode and reacts when discontented, normal behaviour...
Why cant your 6700xt be damaged when bought or do you simply think that can't happen to you or anyone else?

EDIT: Sorry, i thought that you tested your friend's card, my mistake.
Compatibility issue on ASUS side or GPU side.... that's all i can recall, after all the tests you done already.
Can we know the 6700XT GPU brand and correct model, vbios etc...
Booting in UEFI mode or Legacy?

The fact that the video card works in my friend's PC makes me think that it is not damaged
